•Responsible for Nike.com global email personalization strategy and implementation, driving DTC purchases attributed to always-on behavior-based trigger email series: cart abandon, propensity to buy, post purchase, welcome, thank you and order journey, product/category view, more.
•Piloted brand’s first dynamic content emails (location-based NFL products) with asset tagging and complex Certona, Salesforce and Nike back-end catalog integrations, setting the new standard stratetgy.
•Aligned product recommendation algorithms to business and market goals, optimized performance via A/B testing, and socialized findings to a matrix of stakeholders and senior leaders.
