•Developed UX-optimized content strategy for 32 Motorola.com sites globally (7M+ UVs/mo.), localizing to market goals and languages (NA, EMEA, LATAM, APAC), to sell 35+ smartphones and accessories (DTC, B2C) and launch multiple flagship products per year.
•Managed A/B and user testing, global content team and stakeholders, vendors, holiday and new product email and social campaigns (highlight: +36% YoY gross profit for a Q4), and dot com role in Motorola and Lenovo business objectives—including two rebrands.
•Analyzed NPS, SEO, user research and site data to improve marketing and increase sales, leading to first Lenovo profitable quarter after acquiring Motorola from Google (+48% device activation YoY).
